Sarah Yvonne Johnson, 34

Sarah Yvonne Johnson, 34, of Newport, Wash., passed away peacefully in her sleep the morning of June 12, 2014.

Sarah was born on November 19, 1979, in Silverton, Idaho, to Jay and Patsy Morrison. She graduated from Kellogg High School and went on to receive her Esthetician license from Wellsprings College of Esthetics. Sarah also received an associates degree in Hospital Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Sarah enjoyed music and had a beautiful voice. She had a passion for children and animals, and was always the funniest person in the room.

Sarah was preceded in death by her father, Jay. She is survived by her fiancé, Jordan Munson, of Newport, Wash., her beloved dog, JJ; mother, Patsy Morrison, of Newport, Wash., sisters: Jen Pierce, of Oregon, and Heather Young, of Post Falls, Idaho; nieces: Holly, Rachael, and Alexis; and nephew, CJ.

A memorial service was held at English Funeral Chapel in Post Falls, Idaho, on June 16, 2014. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heather Young, 750 N.
