OBAMA: Deserves praise, not scorn

| June 29, 2014 9:00 PM

The stock market is at an all-time high. The housing market is going strong. Unemployment is lower than it has been in years. All you rightists can do is whine about a few so called scandals.

Point one is that Iraq is not President Obama’s debacle. We should have never been there to begin with; that was Bush’s and Cheney’s lie for the oil. Quit crying about a few minor scandals and don’t forget back in 2003 the biggest scandal of all cost us more than 4,000 lives and trillions of dollars. Benghazi is over and the VA scandal has been going on for years. But of course, that’s all Obama’s fault because of Obamacare.

Point two: Give me an example of all these freedoms that have been lost. You still have your guns, even though the mass shootings in schools have increased and two police officers were gunned down in Vegas because of some tea party nuts who want to start a revolution. I’m not against guns; I’m against the idiots with guns and their freedom to obtain them. There are a lot of them out there. Like one of the Fish and Game officers said, “It’s the two legged wolves we should be afraid of.”

I think the president has done an excellent job of cleaning up the mess he was left with. If we send troops back to Iraq, then let’s bring back the draft for everybody between 18-30, with no exceptions, college students included. The draft worked for Vietnam, didn’t it?

Just like Obamacare, repeal and replace. Replace with what?
