SHOOTINGS: Lack of faith, not NRA
I am responding to the letter sent in by Cathy South 6-13-14 concerning school shootings.
She wanted to know what the NRA proposes to do about it, as though the NRA has any control over what people do with guns.
The blame for school shootings falls in the lap of all those people who were in favor of removing all signs of God and the Bible from our schools and public places. Desiring instead to have the theory of evolution taught to our children.
Our children and youth have not been taught that they are a special creation of God, and that He has a plan for their lives and that He loves them very, very much and has given us a moral code to live by.
Without this knowledge, they must feel life is meaningless and their future must look pretty hopeless. Then add to this sad situation the damaging effects of the endless hours of watching murders and violence on their T.V. and handheld gadgets, and you have the makings of a person who Satan can use to do his bidding. A mind void of God consciousness is the devil’s playground. Feeling their life is worthless and there is no one they have to answer to, not even God, they then make up their own moral code and do as they please. Deciding for themselves what is right or wrong, they can murder their classmates or parents and feel no remorse.
When parents rejected teaching about God in schools, they sold their children to the devil. If we are tired of the Godless society we have created, then we MUST put God and His word back in school!
Our children have lost God’s hedge of protection when we as a people rebelled against God. It is time now to take our children back from the devil.
I would rather have bibles taken to school than guns. How about you?
