JUNIOR TACKLE

Junior tackle signups: Signups are underway for the Coeur d'Alene Junior Tackle program for those entering grades 3-8.

This year, all head coaches will be certified in the Heads Up USA program which is designed to help coach coaches in proper tackling and blocking techniques to help reduce the risk of injury.

For teams in grades 5-8, assignments are done by the neighborhood concept which lets players play on the same team as their friends at school and their neighbors, and makes their practice locations close to school and home.

Fitz League (grades 3 and 4) practices are Monday and Tuesday from 5 to 6:30 p.m. with games on Wednesdays at 5 p.m., all at Person Field.
