SHOOTING: More training required

The Arfee incident is not going to go away soon. Suppose that had been a child who sat up suddenly. Would he have been shot? Then, the cowardly way all involved sneaked away to avoid facing the owner is atrocious.

As a former federal officer with a lot of “Shoot/don’t shoot training,” I think this department needs a lot of serious training.
