HYDROS: Races euthanized

The primary reason Sheriff Ben Wolfinger refused the permit was that they failed to pay the fire district what was owed from last year. Permits will not make a race happen. Diamond Cup is broke, is going to face multiple lawsuits and is not going to be able to refund tickets purchased directly from the LLC.

Forty-five days before the scheduled race, no volunteers remained from last year. None. With no money and no structure, the race was doomed. The sheriff just put them out of their misery.
