Wednesday

9:38 a.m.: Gold and silver bars, flakes and nuggets, prescription medications, a Toshiba TV, DVD player and other items with a total value of about $42,000 were reported stolen from a rental residence in the 9500 block of North Marie Loop in Hayden.

JUDGMENT

ACS Inc. of Idaho v. Lewis Quinn et al., was awarded judgment of $5,581.49.

Jeff A. Lysne, 49, Coeur d'Alene: Two years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $790.50 in fines, 150 hours community service and three years probation for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Thomas J. Doerfler, 43, Coeur d'Alene: 145 days in jail, two years determinate penitentiary time and two years indeterminate time with credit for time served, $650.50 in fines, 150 hours community service and two years probation for intimidating a witness.

Kody K. Whitesell, 20, Post Falls: 130 days in jail, two years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $620.50 in fines, 100 hours community service and three years probation for stalking in the first degree.

Jesse J. Brebner, 23, St. Maries: One year determinate penitentiary time and two years indeterminate time for eluding a peace officer.

Peter A. Labarbera Jr., 52, Hayden: 60 days in jail with credit for time served and three years probation for two counts of probation violation.

Dean G. Morra, 56, Coeur d'Alene: 180 days in jail with credit for time served and $2,000 in fines for battery-domestic violence, driving without privileges, driving under the influence, obstructing officers and two counts of violating a no-contact order.

Sierra M. Gray, 18, Coeur d'Alene: 10 days in jail, work release, $300 in fines and one year probation for frequenting a place where a controlled substance is used.

Branden D. Trask, 39, Coeur d'Alene: 20 days in jail, work release and $400 in fines for driving without privileges.

Rebecca R. Pardick, 21, Sagle: 365 days in jail with 345 days suspended, work release, $500 in fines and two years probation for petit theft.

Shawn R. Wittenbarger, 31, Rathdrum: 10 days in jail with work release, $400 in fines and $100 restitution for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.
