JUSTICE: Illogical for the unborn

Where has logical justice gone?

I just heard that in Tennessee a mother can be charged with assault and sent to jail if she takes drugs which affect her unborn child. Why, if she chooses to end her unborn child’s life by abortion, can’t she be charged with murder or, at the very least, manslaughter?
