Body found on Lake Cd'A shore

A body was found on the shoreline of Lake Coeur d'Alene this morning, near the boat dock at North Idaho College.

The deceased male was discovered by an NIC employee on her way to clean the restrooms at the beach, according to the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office.

"At this time it is unknown how long the body had been in the water. The identity of the male and cause of death are also unknown," states a media release from Sheriff Ben Wolfinger.
