| July 18, 2014 12:13 PM

Eddie Lambert, 50, passed away in his sleep at Kootenai Health Hospital on Sunday, July 13, 2014.

Eddie was born February 27, 1964, in Delta, Colo., to Joe and Edith Lambert. He was the youngest of five children. He spent his childhood and graduated in Delta.

In 1987, Eddie moved to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. He managed and operated The Pawn Shop for about 10 years. Then Eddie became a truck driver and really enjoyed driving all over the U.S. Later on, he became a bail bondsman.

Eddie married Kimberly on Oct. 3, 2003. He liked to go fishing, watch the drag races, enjoyed walks on Tubbs Hill, and camping. Eddie was also great at board games.

Eddie was a beautiful man, loving and generous. The world was brighter with him in it. Sleep well, sweetheart!

Eddie was preceded in death by his father, Joe Ed Lambert; sister, Marla Lambert-Plotner, and our little angel in heaven, Peyton Leanna Hopman. He is survived by his son, Ryan Batalia, of California; two daughters, Keisha McEnaney, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and Brookelyn Lambert, of Pinehurst, Idaho; brother, Jerry Lambert, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; sisters: Linda Nelson, of Delta, Colo., and Janice Day, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; his wonderful mother, Edith Lambert, also of Coeur d’Alene; grandchildren: Samara Rose, Alyssa May Batalia, Piper Stout-Batalia, and Devin Dean McEnaney; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
