Child enticement suspect sought

COEUR d'ALENE - Police are looking for a man in his 50s in connection with an incident of child enticing.

According to a Coeur d'Alene Police Department press release, at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday, a man in a maroon four-door sedan attempted to lure a 16-year-old girl into his car. The girl was walking in the 100 block of Appleway Avenue.

"The suspect was very adamant to a point where he pulled his vehicle in front of her, blocking her path in an attempt to get her inside the vehicle," the release states.

The police release describes the man as having a heavy build, with medium-length grey and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and sunglasses.
