Cd'A man sought on lewd conduct charge

The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking information leading to the apprehension of David Philip Grinder.

Grinder, 19, is being sought based on a Kootenai County felony warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor.

Grinder is a noncompliant registered sex offender. This is a no-bond warrant with United States extradition.

Grinder is a 5-foot-11, 165-pound, white male with brown eyes and brown hair, last known to be living in Coeur d'Alene.
