Artisan Dental in Coeur d'Alene announced it has opened its doors to new and returning patients.

The office, 509 W. Hanley Ave., Suite 102, is the practice of Dr. Nate Bourassa, who has been practicing dentistry locally for seven years and is an advocate of evidence-based dentistry.

Artisan Dental is decorated with a rotating selection of Dr. Bourassa's paintings.

"Our focus is on balancing new world techniques and technology with old world ideals such as honesty, integrity and the mastery of craftsmanship," says a press release. "We aim to over-deliver on service and quality yet focus on value. We don't do assembly line dentistry."

• TitleOne Corporation welcomes Kendrick

TitleOne Corporation announced the addition of Cathy Kendrick. Kendrick joins the team as a title officer with more than 30 years of title, escrow, construction and real estate experience. She is a past trustee of Kootenai Medical Center, served as president of the Idaho Land Title Association, former board member of the Idaho Building Contractors Association and former board member of the Coeur d'Alene Chamber of Commerce.

Two join Pinkerton Retirement Specialists of Coeur d'Alene

Gary Pinkerton has joined Pinkerton Retirement Specialists of Coeur d'Alene as a senior vice president wealth advisor and director of professional alliance and institutional services.

Meanwhile, Paul K. Steenblik has joined the firm as a senior vice president wealth advisor.

Pinkerton is a financial educator who specializes in the issues that business owners, executives and seniors deal with on a day-to-day basis.

He has a master's degree in business administration from Colorado State University.

Pinkerton previously served as a corporate director and is a published author and speaker. He is a private pilot, marathon runner and a classical violinist.

Steenblik will develop investment portfolios and comprehensive financial plans for individuals and families.

He was previously vice president/treasurer of the private equity firm, Pentzer Corporation, and served as president and longtime board member of the CFA Society of Spokane. Prior to joining Pinkerton Retirement Specialists, he worked at the estate-planning firm Abridge Partners.

Steenblik has a master's degree in business administration from Brigham Young University.
