Indians rout Dust Devils

PASCO, Wash. - Jose Trevino finished with three hits and three RBIs to lead the Spokane Indians a to a 14-1 win over the Tri-City Dust Devils in Northwest league baseball before 1,649 at Gesa Stadium in Pasco on Sunday night.

The Indians wasted no time, scoring five runs in the first two innings, highlighted by RBI singles in the second by Luke Tendler and Marcus Greene.

Spokane added to its lead in the fifth, when Seth Spivey's RBI single was followed by Trevino's RBI double for a 7-1 lead.

Trevino's drive to center in the seventh plated two more runs.

Zach Cone homered in the ninth with on as the Indians scored five runs to complete the rout.

The Indians (22-8) travel to Boise for a 3-game series with the Hawks, beginning tonight at 6:15.
