HVAC business to hold open house, celebrate 10 years

Celebrating 10 years of business, Simioni's Warm Floors, a heating and cooling firm, will hold an open house Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 3000 E. Seltice Way in Post Falls.

Owner Terry Simioni and his company were recently featured in a national air-conditioning, heating and refrigeration publication called "ACHR News."

Simioni's crews will be on hand at the open house to answer questions on products and other topics.
