Marjorie Jean “Peggy” Guderian, 90

Marjorie Jean “Peggy” Guderian, 90, went to be with the Lord on July 4, 2014. She passed peacefully at the Hospice of North Idaho Hospice House in Coeur d'Alene.

Peggy was born on March 31, 1924, in Los Angeles, Calif., to Lawrence Reshaw and Vera Martin Reshaw. 

On Sept. 22, 1951, Peggy married Tom Guderian in Bishop, Calif., and they enjoyed 58 blessed years together.

Peggy enjoyed the outdoors - hunting, fishing, and camping. In her younger years, she also enjoyed skiing. She took pleasure in getting together with family and friends, especially during the holiday. 

Peggy was a devoted wife and a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a kind-hearted woman who always had a smile for anyone with whom she came in contact.

Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Tom, in 2010; and her parents, Lawrence and Vera. She is survived by her daughters: Nancy Howerton, of Spokane, Wash., and Linda Hamm (Dan), of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; four grandchildren: Eli Hamm, of Bakersfield, Calif., Amy McCollum, of Missoula, Mont., Kelly Covey, of Spokane, Wash., and Ginger Veighey, of Lynnwood, Wash., seven great grandchildren; sister, Joy Cline (Carl), of Snowflake, Ariz., nieces: Connie Oftedahl, of California, and Debra Macdonald, of Arizona; and nephew, Craig Guderian, of Arizona.

At Peggy's request, no services will be held. However, memorial donations may be made in Peggy's memory to Hospice of North Idaho, 9493 N.
