Lums' Legion twinbill tonight canceled

COEUR d'ALENE - Tonight's American Legion doubleheader pitting the Coeur d'Alene Lumbermen vs. the visiting Spokane Crew has been canceled by the Crew, pushing the Lums' promotion scheduled for tonight back three days.

When Coeur d'Alene hosts the 49ers on Friday at Thorco Field, the Lums will distribute retro Coeur d'Alene Legion baseball caps from last year to spectators, as long as the caps last. Also, all Little Leaguers who show up in uniform will receive a free hot dog.

A time for Friday's game has yet to be determined.
