Breaking news: Bodies found in Post Falls apartment

POST FALLS — Investigators with the Post Falls Police Department discovered two bodies in an apartment complex today.

According to a press release from the department, a female called dispatch and said a friend of the family showed up at her home and told her he had strangled his wife and young daughter.

Officers stopped the man’s vehicle at Spokane Street and Poleline Drive and arrested him.

When detectives entered the suspect's residence, located in the Tullamore Commons Apartment Complex, they found two people deceased in the home. A more complete story will be posted tonight.
