Debra Ann Kern, 59

Debra Ann Kern, 59, of Post Falls, Idaho, passed away in her home on Saturday, January 18, 2014. She was born October 23, 1954, in Tacoma, Washington.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Bonnie Diskin, of The Dalles, Oregon, and her late son-in-law, Ryan Taylor, of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

Debra left behind two daughters, Shelly Stierle of Salem, Oregon, and Amber Moore and son-in-law Travis Chase of Post Falls. Debra also left behind four beautiful granddaughters: Kaylaa, Dakota, Mackenzie, and Jordan; and her step-father, Charles Diskin, of Post Falls.

Debra was a beautiful woman who suffered from reoccurring health issues, but was fun-loving and had a spunky, spit fire personality that everyone who knew her loved and adored. In the past year, Debra had gained a second family and many wonderful friends during her multiple stays at Lacrosse Health & Rehab.
