BIRTHS: Sadly, sky's the limit

A news report recently said an estimated eight children are born every second (worldwide). If I can wrap my mind around the figures, that is 256 million born each year. Even subtracting the millions who die each year, you can see what is going to happen in 50 years or so. Another 12 billion people added to our present population.

Now our Supreme Court has ruled that a certain Christian organization cannot furnish birth control contraception to its employees. Wake up people and smell the roses, because in 50 years or so there won’t be any. We’ll have eaten them along with every other food source in the world.
