Nathan Dean Bartlett, 24

| February 25, 2014 9:41 AM

Nathan Dean Bartlett, 24, of Post Falls, ID passed away February 18, 2014, at Kootenai Medical Center in Coeur d’ Alene.

Nathan was born December 5, 1989, in Coeur d’ Alene, to Ryan and Diana (Simpson) Bartlett. He loved the outdoors, and enjoyed hunting and riding dirt bikes. Nathan was never happier then when he was working on things with his hands - he was always out in the garage tinkering on his or his family’s dirt bikes, or working on wooden projects like benches and treasure boxes. He enjoyed learning new tricks with his tools and seeing how to unleash the potential of the wood. Nathan also liked hanging with his friends and telling stories about his escapades; and when someone needed help, he was always ready to help.

Nathan is survived by his parents, Ryan and Diana Bartlett of Post Falls, ID; one sister, Chelsee Bartlett of Post Falls; grandparents: Larry Bartlett of Pinehurst, ID, Linda Gust of Post Falls, Dale Simpson of Bonners Ferry, ID, and Carolyn Simpson of Post Falls; aunts and uncles: Dennis and Stacy Simpson of Athol, ID, Todd Bartlett of Pinehurst, ID, and Lynette and John Ferguson of Cataldo, ID.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 1, at Bell Tower Funeral Home, 3398 E. Jenalan Ave., Post Falls, ID 83854.

The family suggests that memorials may be made in Nathan’s name to P.O. Box 3547, Post Falls, ID 83877. Please view his on-line memorial at www.belltowerfuneralhome.com.
