Joseph M. Catalano, 94

Joseph M. Catalano passed away January 22, 2014, at the age of 94, at Bristol Heights Assisted Living in Coeur d'Alene. Joe recently moved from Goodyear, Ariz., to be close to family.

Joe was an Army Veteran and participated in the Invasion of Normandy. He enjoyed golf and working in his shop.

Joe is survived by his wife of 33 years, Freda Catalano; stepchildren: Wayne Manis (Bobbie), and Deborah Anderson (Robert); grandchildren: Christa Hazel (Joel), and Chase Anderson; two great grandchildren: Cooper and Emma Hazel; as well as nieces and nephews in Connecticut.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Washington State Veteran's Cemetery.
