POPLAR: Road work made travel worse

The East Side Highway District must be really proud of their work. They redid Poplar Road across the freeway from the Canyon School in Cataldo. Took up the good gravel and replaced it with clay! It is now at least 6 inches deep with ruts and gets all over the car! What a mess for the people that have to drive it.
