| December 31, 2014 8:00 PM

COEUR d'ALENE - Max McCullough scored 21 points and Dalton Thompson followed with 20 points for the Post Falls Trojans, who advanced to tonight's championship game of the Coeur d'Alene Inn-vitational with a 100-44 victory over the Lapwai Wildcats on Tuesday at Rolly Williams Court.

Post Falls (9-0) jumped out to a 49-19 halftime lead.

"I was really happy with how we played defensively," Post Falls coach Mike McLean said. "Our goal was to hold them to 44 points. We knew with the way they like to play, there would be a lot of possessions because of the fast pace."

Post Falls outrebounded Lapwai 38-20.

"I was really happy with our defense and rebounding," McLean said. "I really thought we wore them down."
