MILLIE: Shovel does its work

Ahhh, the amusing Millie saga continues! Thank you Brian Walker and the Cd’A Press for allowing this bitter ex-Californian to dig her hole ever deeper.

Millie laments the lack of freebies she enjoyed as a Californian.

Well, Millie, you may be stunned to learn this: Those freebies were only free to YOU courtesy of (or should I say by coercion of) the TAXPAYERS. Wealth and businesses continue to flee California due to oppressive taxes and astonomical housing costs. Statistics are readily available so I won’t go into that here.

Millie states she felt compelled to speak out regarding these perceived deficiencies in order to bring about change and improvements. Perhaps in addition to her gripes about lack of free services, Millie could take up the subject of wind and snow with the Kootenai County Commissioners. She could suggest the commissioners arrange to have Earth’s orbit and slant adjusted to manifest the Shangri-la paradise she pines for.
