NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS CITY OF COEUR D'ALENE WASTEWATER UTILITY - 2015 CIPP PROJECT REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS Pursuant to IC 67-2805, "Procurement of Public Works Construction," City of Coeur d'Alene (City), Idaho is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from licensed public works contractors who are interested in bidding on the 2015 CIPP Project.
