DIVERSITY: One woman's viewpoint
Excuse me for being white, being Christian, a conservative and legally in this country.
Mr. Stewart, not your kind of person I assume.
It appears to me that whites and Christians are NOT your kind of people.
So, diversity you want, I suggest you move to Idaho Falls and areas close by, but please make sure you speak Spanish and increase your car insurance “un-insured driver “ tenfold. I gladly volunteer to help you pack.
There you will find the diversity you are longing for and whites will be in the minority.
It would be easier to leave all your illegal aliens in place, rather then have them migrate to North Idaho for the purpose of diversity.
Either way, they are costing the state of Idaho $200 million a year, money that could be used to improve education, among others.
Better yet, “just go to San Francisco where you would be a part of that culture you love so much and could support your beloved Nancy Pelosi in her similar ideas.” And while you are at it, please take along Miss Millie.
But if you must stay, stop permeating this beautiful part of North Idaho with your liberal views that are unfortunately shared by some members of the Coeur d’Alene City Council and in part by The Press.
The Press lauds you as championing “the most noble cause.” Really?
Do you (and they) call taking away the rights of the majority and giving it to a small group “noble?” I don’t.
The Press writes, “his payment is satisfaction at diminishing the level of hatred throughout this region.” Really? I believe Mr. Stewart’s actions are and have been the one that stir up hatred in this region.
Unlike you, Mr. Stewart, I believe in freedom for all, you believe in the freedom of a few along with your liberal friends.
Political correctness stifles any voice which dares to point out the faults of your opinions, because you demean and ridicule anyone who does not wholeheartedly support your ideas.
