| December 6, 2014 7:00 PM

SPOKANE - Jordan King had 23 points and nine rebounds to lead 21st-ranked North Idaho College past the Big Bend Vikings of Moses Lake 74-66 in a semifinal game in the Bigfoot Classic on Saturday at Spokane Community College.

"It was a good win for us," NIC coach Corey Symons said. "It's the worst shooting game we've had all year (23 of 66 from the field). We knew it would happen sooner or later, so it was good to play through some adversity and get the win."

NIC (11-1) will face Community Colleges of Spokane, which beat Yakima Valley 99-72, in the championship game today at 4 at SCC.

Djuan Piper had 13 points and five rebounds for NIC.
