NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF DALTON GARDENS PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION September 16, 2014 6 p.m. The Dalton Gardens Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a second public hearing on September 16, 2014 to hear the following Municipal Code amendment: An Ordinance of the City of Dalton Gardens, Idaho, defining nuisances on residential properties, prohibiting the creation and continued maintenance of nuisances and providing for abatement and penalties for violation.
