• VanBrunt promoted by bankcda

Tammy VanBrunt has been promoted by bankcda to mortgage loan officer for the North Idaho market area.

VanBrunt has been with bankcda since May 2013. She has an Associate of Science degree from North Idaho College and has seven years of experience in the financial services industry.

With $95 million in assets, bankcda is headquartered in Coeur d'Alene with branches in Coeur d'Alene, Hayden and Kellogg.

• JEBCommerce hires two, promotes two

JEBCommerce, a Coeur d'Alene acquisition marketing agency, announced the hiring of several new employees for key positions, including a designer to direct the company's new Creative Services Division. Gabe Ripley comes to JEBCommerce from Coldwater Creek, where he worked as a production designer, Web designer and user experience designer. His focus, as director of the new division, will be on acquisition-based creative services involving display advertising, affiliate banners, landing page development and testing, lead generation conversion funnels, mini-site creation and full site development.

Greg Powell has been hired as JEBCommerce's new director of publisher development. He will be focused on bringing new affiliates to the company's clients' programs and building out a strong publisher development team.

Powell holds a degree in marketing from Oklahoma State University. He has prior experience working as an affiliate marketer promoting several verticals and niche markets. In the past 10 years, he has handled every aspect of affiliate marketing including management, recruitment, development and sales.

Jonathan Goodwin and Brian Secrist have each been promoted to director of accounts positions. Goodwin and Secrist have been employed by JEBCommerce since 2009 and have each managed more than 20 affiliate programs, leading them to exponential growth while demonstrating leadership, a firm grasp on e-commerce and the ability to drive incremental sales growth for clients across multiple industries. The director of accounts is a senior leadership position accountable for client and profit loss; team, client and affiliate relationship building.

• Ramsden, Lyons recognized as Super Lawyers
