Fraley sought on felony warrant

The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking information leading to the apprehension of Richard Floyd Fraley.

Fraley, 45, is being sought based on a Kootenai County felony warrant charging him with video voyeurism. This is a $25,000 bond warrant with western United States extradition.

Fraley is a 6-foot-1, 150-pound white male with brown eyes and brown hair, last known to be living in Coeur d'Alene.
