Inland Northwest SIDS Foundation to host open house in Post Falls

POST FALLS - The Inland Northwest SIDS Foundation will host an open house at its new office in Post Falls.

The event will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 22, at 1810 E. Schneidmiller Ave., Suite 140 B, Post Falls.

Founded in 2012, The Inland Northwest SIDS Foundation is dedicated to educating the public on safe sleep practices for infants, bringing awareness to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and Sudden Unexplained Infant Death, and providing grief support to those who have experienced losses.

The organization offers classes, professional training and educational materials on SIDS, Safe Sleep and grief support.

It also offers monthly grief support meetings.
