EVERETT, Wash. - With the score tied 2-2 in the bottom of the ninth, the game between the visiting Spokane Indians and Everett AquaSox was delayed by lightning at press time in Northwest League baseball Monday at Everett Memorial Stadium.

The Indians took a 2-0 lead in the first as Eduard Pinto singled to lead off, moved to second on a failed pickoff attempt, advanced to third on a wild pitch, and trotted home on Jose Trevino's single to left field. Jose Cardona hit a sacifice fly later in the inning.

Spokane starter Richelson Pena went six innings, striking out five, walking two and allowing a run on three hits..

The two teams play again this evening.
