SPOKANE - Kevin Cron's two-run home run in the fifth inning helped propel the Hillsboro Hops past the Spokane Indians 12-6 in Northwest League baseball Sunday afternoon before 4,098 at Avista Stadium.

In the sixth, Nate Robertson stole home plate on a double steal and Steve Nyisztor singled in a run for Hillsboro (9-4 second half). The Hops added three two-out runs in the eighth and three more in the ninth.

In the fifth, Spokane (4-9) got on the board after Seth Spivey singled to right field to score Isiah Kiner-Falefa from second. A throwing error on the same play scored Eduard Pinto from first and advanced Spivey to second. After a Luke Tendler single, Marcus Greene Jr. hit home Spivey. In the eighth, Pepe Cardona doubled home Greene.

The Indians will be represented at Tuesday's league all-star game in Eugene by a league-high eight all-star selections: Jose Trevino, Tendler, Spivey, Pinto, Greene Jr., Richelson Pena, Shane McCain and Johnny Fasola.

Spokane then hosts Everett in a three-game series beginning Thursday.
