ARFEE: Take that gun away

The Coeur d’Alene Police Department does not have a training problem — they have a hiring problem!

The type of reaction this officer displayed cannot be trained out of a person. And the lack of integrity he showed following the shooting should have kept him from being hired in the first place. The time for training was when he was about 5 years old and learning to control his reactions to being scared, startled or angered. Citizens simply cannot wait for him to mature.

This officer must NOT be turned loose on the citizens with a gun.
