GFELLER: Fully prepared to lead

I am writing to endorse and support the candidacy of Greg Gfeller for the Idaho House of Representatives, Seat 3-B. I have met with Greg, and I am impressed by the fact that he has the business experience and educational credentials to do an excellent job in the Idaho Legislature representing the citizens of District 3.

Greg has worked for Avista for the past 36 years, working himself up from digging ditches for gas lines to Director of Operations for the delivery of electricity and natural gas in a district that stretches from Bonners Ferry to Grangeville. During that time he returned to school and earned a college degree and a master’s degree. He has proven himself to be a solid leader who always demands the best of himself and those with whom he works.

Greg has the business experience to continue Representative Frank Henderson’s work in economic development and job creation. He understands what programs need to be in place to attract new businesses to North Idaho, and the importance of improving the quality of our educational system to prepare our students to succeed. Greg’s candidacy has also been endorsed by the Idaho Association of Business and Industry, the leading business and trade organization in our state.

Greg is a family man with conservative values, a longtime resident of our district, and — most importantly — he contributes to his community and pays his taxes when they are due, just like those voting for him are required to do!
