GOP: Vote person, not party

Thank you Colleen Allison for your column April 15. I agree with you totally.

The Republican Party has stood for less government and more individual rights, yet they are taking my rights away from me. The fighting has turned me off. I have always voted for the person, not the party — what I thought was my right as an American citizen.
