POKER: Bottom line on gaming
I read “Casino poker: Legal or not?” posted March 29. As of The Indian Citizenship Act of 1924, there are no more “Indians” within the original meaning of our U.S. Constitution; only U.S./Idaho citizens with “Indian ancestry/race.” U.S.C. 25-Indians, et al, is an “Irregular Engineering Standards Change” (iers — pronounced ‘ears’) to the United States Constitution that has never been ratified by the voting pubic of the United States to make the health, welfare, safety and benefits of a U.S./Idaho citizen distinguishable because of their “Indian ancestry/race.”
Elected/appointed Federal/Idaho servants are lying to the citizenry of Idaho. The citizens of Idaho are entitled to know what fraud is being foisted off on them by elected/appointed servants who refuse to obey the U.S. Constitution by making another group of U.S./Idaho citizens with “Indian ancestry/race” special. The citizens of Idaho MUST demand from elected/appointed servants both state and federal to produce the proclamation ratified by the voting public that amends our U.S. Constitution to make other Idaho citizens special because of their “Indian ancestry race.”
No proclamation, no more nonsense about “Indian gaming!”
