Connie Hoy, 72

Connie Kay (Minze) Hoy, 72, passed away at her home on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 in Nampa, Idaho. She was born on September 13, 1941 in Tarrant County, Texas to Henry Fernie Minze and Hazel Nadine (Elroy) Minze. Connie was married and preceded in death by Raymond Edward Hoy of Nampa, Idaho. They were happily married for 22 years. Connie is survived by her three children, Rina Maria Garcia-Allen of Mountain View, California; Frank Henry Garcia of Post Falls, Idaho; and, Steven John Garcia of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. Connie grew up in Texas and worked for Kodak, Avon, Hewlett Packard, and her true love and passion was being an Organic Gardener. She will be remembered for her love of gardening, fishing, outdoors, and … We as her children will miss her, and we loved her so much for her unconditional love and guidance that she gave us.
