Cougars-Golden Bears game

to be shown on Fox Sports 1

PULLMAN - Washington State's football game at California next Saturday, Oct. 5 will kickoff at 1 p.m. and be televised by Fox Sports 1.

The Cougars face No. 5 Stanford in WSU's annual Seattle game at CenturyLink Field on Saturday at 7 p.m. and televised by ESPN.

Gabe Marks added to

Biletnikoff Watch list

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Washington State sophomore wide receiver Gabe Marks was one of six receivers added to The Biletnikoff Award Watch List, the Tallahassee Quarterback Club announced.

Marks enters Saturday's game against No. 5 Stanford in Seattle second in the Pac-12 Conference with 31 receptions, fourth with 348 receiving yards and tied for the team lead with three touchdown catches.

The Los Angeles native has led the Cougars in catches in three of four games, and is coming off the best game of his career, recording career-highs of 11 receptions for 146 yards and two touchdowns in the win over Idaho on Saturday.

As a freshman, Marks was second in receiving yards (560) and third in catches (49) to go along with two touchdowns.

The Biletnikoff Award recognizes the outstanding receiver in college football. 10 semifinalists will be announced Nov. 18 and three finalists will be announced Nov. 25 before the 2013 Biletnikoff Award winner will be presented live Dec. 12 on The Home Depot College Football Awards Show.
