Pierce joins TitleOne as vice president, head of Cd'A office

TitleOne, an escrow and title company based in Idaho, is pleased to announce its recent hire of Jim Pierce, who will join the TitleOne team as vice president, Kootenai County Team Leader. In this role, Pierce will manage daily operations at the new Coeur d'Alene office, as well as team members and existing and new customer relationships.

Pierce has 25 years of general business experience that includes: Finance, commercial lending, sales, marketing, business management, customer service, and community relations. A Coeur d'Alene resident, Pierce most recently worked in the banking industry as a vice president of commercial lending. He continues to serve on the Coeur d'Alene Chamber of Commerce Board, and is a past board member for the EXCEL Foundation. Pierce is also active in the local Rotary club.

Pierce holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from Washington State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Idaho with a B.S. in business finance. He received the Truman Scholar award in 1986 and was a finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship in 1987.

Implants Northwest upgrades scanner

Implants Northwest, Dr. Dan Cullum's Coeur d'Alene oral surgery practice, recently upgraded its CT scanner. "The new device, the I-Cat FLX, is the latest in 3D diagnostic imaging technology featuring less radiation then a 2D digital panorex," states an announcement. With the device, Cullum is able to visualize the bone contour and see vital structures, which provides patients with a safer, more predictable procedure.
