PORT ANGELES, Wash. - Shelby Vienna-Hallam had two goals - both on headers - and an assist as the Pirates handed the visiting Cardinals (2-5-1) their fourth straight loss.

NIC has been outscored 11-2 in those four games.

"We're rather frustrated as a team at the moment," NIC coach Dan Hogan said. "When we play good teams like Peninsula we play well and yet give up goals we should be able to stop. Peninsula is one of the best teams we've played so far and I give them a lot of credit for pressuring us into mistakes that kept us from scoring chances of our own."

NIC plays at Eastern Oregon University on Saturday in La Grande, Ore.
