SYRIA: Walk slowly, U.S.

As a former Air Force officer, I am proud that our senior military leaders have advised slow-walking any active involvement in the mess in Syria; unlike the usual chicken hawks and pseudo-patriots (“don’t send my son”). The problem with intervening in other nations’ wars is that “Liberation means not having to say Thank-You.”
