Born in Newport, Wash., and passed away in Coeur d’Alene. Ted is survived by two sons, Anthony (Karen), Ted (Shayan); sister, Mary Jo Bushman; eight grandchildren. Many nieces and nephews, and a host of many friends. He is predeceased by his mother, Alma Crowder; three sisters, Barbara, Gloria, Shirley; and four brothers, Donald, John, David, Timothy. Memorial is on Sept. 14, 2013, at 5:30 p.m., at Captain’s Wheel Resort, Bayview. All are welcome.
