Fugitive of the Week September 4 ,2013

The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking information leading to the arrest of Timothy Jon Gutierrez.

Gutierrez, 26, is being sought based on a Kootenai County felony warrant charging Gutierrez with felony drug charges - trafficking in heroin and resisting/obstructing arrest. This is $100,000 bond warrant with U.S. extradition.

Gutierrez is a 5-foot-8, 165-pound Hispanic male with blue eyes and brown hair. He was last known to be living in Rathdrum.
