MILLER: History of civic activism

Kiki Miller and I go way back to the Cd’A Chamber of Commerce days in the 1980s. She was then the young spark that made things happen for many community programs and projects. Her enduring enthusiasm, creativity, and good will got things done and done well. She remains involved in the community as one of those folks who use positive energy to persevere and bring about positive results.

She works hard and can be counted on for the long haul as she proved again during the Chamber’s 100th year celebration all last year which she helped organize and bring about as a huge success, event after year long event. Kiki will work well with others to bring about positive results when that is so important for our community right now. Electing her along with the other bright shining lights of positive energy, Steve Widmyer, Amy Evans, and, of course, Woody, will ensure a positive future for our community when we urgently need to continue moving forward.
