DRIVERS: Courtesy goes a long way

The I-90 commute is, in my observation, worse than rush hour on I-5 in San Fran. At least there most people are polite. Here, people pull out in the left-hand lane just to block and slow traffic. They honk their horn and flip you off for just going faster than them. Did anyone not read the Idaho drivers license manual to know you are not supposed to park your slow moving vehicle in the left lane, and you are supposed to drive with courtesy. No I am not from California, just sometimes wish the rest of you on the I-90 were!
