HORSES: Letter said it all

In Wednesday’s Press was a letter to editor from a Robin Near of Coeur d’Alene. I feel this letter, about horses, should be required reading for all new persons entering into a 4-H, FFA or any saddle club organizations. On the good side, most require the person to keep records of care, feed, vet bills, and such. I believe almost all animal lovers agree.
