OBAMA: No respect for U.S. veterans

| October 13, 2013 9:00 PM

I have purposely waited to write my first letter to a newspaper. I waited because I know that any president of the United States, who is also the commander in chief of our military, would never allow, or let remain in place, police tape and gates to block veterans from visiting their war memorials in Washington, D.C.

Any commander in chief and his administration that would allow this to happen, no matter what the reason, has no regard or real respect for any veteran, past or present. I don’t care what the party affiliation, this is the most unimaginable, shameful and disrespectful act I’ve ever witnessed toward our veterans.

Shame on you Barack Obama, for allowing this to happen and continue to remain in place.
