CLIMATE: Cliff has it pegged

Just a quick note to Cliff Harris. Loved his article on “global cooling.” I think he is spot on. September is my favorite month of the year here in the Coeur d’Alene area, all the way through to mid-October. This year has been nothing but rain and cold and wind. Thank you for writing an article that makes sense about the weather and what’s happening globally.
